1/2 of Protein pancake mix
1 scoop of @optimumnutrition GSW Chocolate
2/3 of almond milk
1 tbsp of almond butter
Add your favorite fruit and sugar free syrup!
I’ve always preferred to eat my protein from whole foods like salmon and chicken but anyone with a busy schedule will tell you how difficult that can be. Protein shakes are a delicious and convenient way to meet your daily requirements. Cooking a meal can take anywhere from 30-60 minutes while preparing a shake can be knocked out in 1-2. In either case you get the high quality protein your body needs to build muscle and lose weight. In an average day, I’ll eat 3-4 whole food meals and supplement 1-2 with @optimumnutrition Gold Standard Whey protein shakes. I like to aim for 1g of protein per 1lb. of body weight. 🙋🏻♀️
