I was about 7 years old when Hell Freezes Over came out (1994) I really liked it because I could say “hell” with out getting in trouble. (Big steps for me) I remember listing to it on the way to my babysitters just about every morning. Rocking out, dancing and singing very loudly with my mom, “Get over it.” I'm sure it drove my dad crazy listing to the same songs every morning. (Sorry dad) By the time the second song came on (Love Will Keep Us Alive) I would get sad and sometimes would cry because I knew we were almost to the babysitters and I would be seeing my mom till the evening. When they would come pick me up, we would finish out through the next few songs.
Before my mom passed, she wanted to buy this for me to add to my collection of records, but we ran out of time. The other day I was looking around and it showed up under recommended for you on Amazon, I had to buy it. I'm excited to have this album and all the fond memories that it brings. (Hopefully I wont drive Cody to crazy listing to it) :) If you have never heard it I strongly suggest it, beginning to end.
Sorry for the overload, just wanted to share.
